CITE & Acupuncture - asthma
Asthma/Bronchitis Female 63 year of age.
The Condition. The lady has had the illness for 7 years. Over the last 5 weeks she has been coughing acutely with much phlegm in the early stages. Her Doctor has given her 2 kinds of penicillin which reduced the phlegm but left her with a dry cough. The patient feels like she has a tight cord around her chest, is exhausted by the coughing, and is sleeping badly. She has no appetite and in recent weeks has virtually been drinking water only.
Treatment one was to combine acupuncture with CITE treatment. • 10 minutes on the soles of the feet; • 5 minutes on the chest; • 5 minutes on the inside of each hand
After the first 10 minutes, the patient felt very relaxed, and wasn’t coughing. She then fell asleep for the next 30 minutes.
Treatment two was done the following day, and was as one except the chest treatment was replaced by treating the upper part of the back.
After the second treatment, the coughing stopped. Over the next two weeks she had two further treatments and then felt well enough to stop.
