Ole van Hauen-Drucker, medical practitioner living in Tisvilde, has been interested in alternative treatments for a long time. In addition to his Danish medical education, he has studied Chinese herbal medicine in London for two years and is a trained acupuncturist .As a result of this, he didn’t find it hard to be forward thinking in considering new treatments.
“John Wetling hit on the idea that if a negatively charged field was blown towards the body a change or a normalisation of the acupuncture points might happen, which would make them regain their balance. This way, the ions would not just have a local, superficial effect, but actually a deeper effect inside the body.
In this nursing-home, we discussed for a long time how electromagnetism is transferred from the surroundings to the body. Numerous tests have been carried out to determine which frequencies do what; which ones are injurious, and which ones are beneficial. In this research, the negative part of the electromagnetic field in particular has proved to have a good effect in a large range of diseases.
When we acquired the equipment four to five months ago, we tested it on ourselves initially. We tested how long to irradiate the areas and this turned out to be very individual.
When we started using the equipment on our patients they reported back that it had a beneficial effect on the skin and the subcutaneous skin. It provides a really good wound-healing effect, and it would be sensible to use it in casualty wards and the hospitals’ burns’ sections and when people have undergone surgery. Pain in the scar tissue constitutes a major reason for people not getting out of bed after an operation. In these cases, the apparatus has a very good effect indeed on wound-healing and swelling.
We have also had patients in this hospital with tennis elbow, as well as patients who had been in road accidents and, as a result of this, have been badly bruised. In these cases, just one treatment was an excellent painkiller and, I am confident, led to a quicker recovery, too”.
Astonishing results
Inge Birk, zonal therapist, masseuse, and acupuncturist, has also had good experiences from using the ion apparatus. In her clinic in Ramløse she has had good results in connection with the treatment of “mouse” injuries (computer injuries), “wooden (lifeless) thighs”, tennis elbows, stone heels and frozen shoulders.
I acquired the ion machine last November and ran tests with it throughout December. I used the machine for almost any injury that I thought it useful for – e.g. colds, lumbago, shoulder problems, muscle pains, pain in the neck and in the back. Wound-healing was also seen to be faster.
However, my greatest experience came with a patient who had undergone surgery of the kidneys in Rigshospitalet. He came to me with an accumulation of blood the size of 10 to 15 cm in diameter, located in the loin region. The accumulation of blood came from the inside of the body and it caused him a lot of pain.
I suggested the use of ion treatment to him. We started on it, and something totally amazing happened. After approximately 10 minutes of ion air pointed at the location, the dark blue accumulation of blood had shrunk to less than half its former size, and the colour started to change from blue to pink. Within 20 minutes and while I was watching, the accumulation of blood simply vanished completely. One could observe how the whole treatment was working on the accumulation and making itself disappear.
