Patient: Adda
Year of Birth: 1946
Profession: retired
Date of Initial Consultation: 28-12-2004

Background:
In 1997, Adda’s car was hit in the rear by another car.
She suffered whiplash injuries;
She had constant pain in her left arm;
She had to lift up her right leg with her hands whilst getting into a car;

She had visited Doctors and Psysiotherapists without achieving any positive results.  Psysiotherapy actually made the pain worse.  She complained of occasional migranes, and had a problem with her knee which she felt would need an operation (this was unrelated to her car accident).

1st treatment.
Treated for 45 minutes on her face.

Date: 11-01-2005
2nd treatment
Adda felt very tired after her first treatment but very relaxed around her neck. The headaches were not as bad as normal.  The relaxed feeling continued for a couple of days and her condition then returned to the pre-treatment state.

She was treated for 30 minutes on her face, 15 minutes on the upside of the hands, and 15 minutes on the end of her fingers.  Adda commented on a nice feeling during the treatment – a feeling of warmth.  She felt that she could move her head more after the second treatment.

3rd treatment
For the first three days after her second treatment, Adda had less pain in her neck; no dizziness; less headaches, and she could turn her neck to both sides.  After those 3 days, the pain started coming back.

She was given the same treatment as last time.

Date: 26-01-2005
4th treatment
Adda had no headaches since her last treatment apart from a small one the day before.  She had free movement of her neck and no dizziness.  She felt much better, and could lift her leg without assistance.  There was no pain in her left arm.

She was given the same treatment as last time.

Follow-up
Adda called on 11-2-2005 and informed us that she felt very good and didn’t feel it necessary to come back for further tretment.  There was no more pain and she had enjoyed the treatment.
